Cancellation Policy
Green Top Lash Co. Cancellation Policy
At Green Top Lash Co., your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Appointment Cancellations
* If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. If there is not enough time to complete your service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.
